How our students learn to achieve

It is not your aptitude, but your attitude, that determines your altitude.

- Zig Ziglar

It is easy to merely set certain accepted benchmarks and measure 'achievement' by the degree of success or failure to reach them. However, we go beyond that simple concept at Prep.

While we certainly have benchmarks in respect to academic, behavioural and ethical standards, Prep sees the individual humanity of our students and the fact that each one will have his or her own personal markers for what represents an achievement. What might in another's eyes seem like a small accomplishment may well be a profound milestone for the student who has arrived there.

As a consequence, we take the time to identify those things which represent achievement for a student and provide the sort of appropriate recognition they merit.

Validation of achievement, whatever it may constitute, becomes the motivating force that encourages our students to expand their horizons and reach towards the goal of realising their full potential.
