Toowoomba Prep School's Middle Primary provides two years of unique learning experiences that bridge the time from early learning in Years Prep to 3 to the more formal structures of our Upper School.

The Middle Primary is the time when the foundations of the key learning areas are extended and enriched. It is also the ideal opportunity to reinforce concepts to ensure that the building blocks for all future learning are firmly in place.

On the cultural side, the children look forward to their first experiences in the band program, performing in the School Musical and continuing their involvement in choral music.

Within the curriculum, a brass and woodwind program is certainly a highlight as is the children's introduction to our manual arts subject.

In the Middle Primary, sporting activity is very popular. The children have a weekly sports program on Friday mornings where they are introduced to a variety of sports and games. Many students also participate in our Saturday fixtures during the winter terms where netball, football and rugby are the major sports.
