The Toowoomba Preparatory School Foundation provides a number of bursaries and scholarships for students of the school.

There are 14 choral scholars whose fees are part-funded following their successful audition into this most prestigious musical aspect of the school. In addition, there are bursaries for children from rural and isolated areas as well as the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation Bursary for indigenous children. Applications for bursaries should be made to the Registrar, The Toowoomba Preparatory School.
