A qualified counsellor, Tony coordinates student affairs, pastoral care and works with teachers to foster the warm nurturing atmosphere for which Prep is renowned. As part of his student responsibilities, Tony directs the boarding operation of the school. He also deputises for the Headmaster in his absence.

Natasha's work is three fold. She coordinates the operational aspects of the school. Natasha also ensures the school's curriculum is clearly articulated and effectively implemented across all classrooms. Her third area of responsibility is the management of the two senior years at Prep (Year 6 and 7).
